How to remove tough plaque on your teeth and make your teeth white.
We all want white like snow teeth for a confident smile. We spend lots of our time flossing and cleaning but with all kinds of foodstuffs, we eat those blueberries and blackberries, the coffee, chocolate, and even smoking can discolor our teeth tremendously if we don’t gargle water every time we eat something. That routine can be quite difficult to keep and that’s why even when we brush our teeth often we might still end up having some discoloration on our teeth. I will share with you a remedy you can perform for a short period of time that can really make a huge difference.
so let's get right to
it, I'm sure you have this hydrogen peroxide sitting somewhere in your house we
use it commonly as antibacterial to clean on wounds. Besides antibacterial
activities, hydrogen peroxide has amazing bleaching activities. You will notice
that many of your toothpaste already have hydrogen peroxide so that's our
number one requirement. Number two is our common household baking ingredient
known as sodium bicarbonate or commonly known as baking soda which is best in removing
stains and very few people don't know about this. Our number three is ground ginger.
Get ground ginger because that ground ginger not only has amazing different
healing properties when it comes to our health but this can really accent that
whitening of your teeth.
Regarding our ingredients use two tablespoons of baking soda, one tablespoon of three percent hydrogen peroxide, and a teaspoon of ground ginger. Get a little bowl and mix all the ingredients that are baking soda, and hydrogen peroxide. Mix it around really well and it will start to sizzle but eventually will calm down. Take the teaspoon of your ground ginger and mix it in a bowl, let it settle and now what you will do you can use your fingers if you like, you can dip in and you can move it around on your teeth all around but you might want to use your toothbrush instead you will dip in and then brush real gentle, remembers this a little abrasive.
You don't want to hurt your teeth. Cover all the teeth dipping
in and just cover all. Let it sit on there for about a minute to two minutes
and then you rinse it out. You could also take your normal toothpaste and brush
your teeth thereafter. You can do this a couple times a week but do not do it
every day it may be twice a week this is because baking soda is a bit abrasive.
You may see great results after some weeks but you will definitely see changes
and your teeth will look pearlier white and cleaner as the next couple of weeks
go on you, you will see amazing changes.
